We can help by providing training, resourcing, coaching, and networking.
For a church to be TRULY evangelistic, in the New Testament sense, there are certain “essentials” that MUST be operative in the ongoing life and ministry of the church. Senior/Lead Pastor: Bring two or more (as many as you want) key people from your church with you to a Good Soil seminar (Monday-Wednesday sessions) at ABWE, near Harrisburg, PA. If you can do this, we will waive all seminar registration fees for you and your group. That’s a value of more than $200 per person! No commitment beyond that required. Offer is only good if led by the Senior/Lead Pastor.
Here's how it works. Complete the Get Started Form below, and we'll send you a registration code that will allow you to register for FREE.
We don't have any upcoming dates for this training scheduled yet. Contact us for more information.
Optional two year commitment
At the end of the Wednesday session, you will have an opportunity to choose (totally optional) to commit to two years of pastoral coaching for implementing the Evangelism Essentials in your church. A coach will work with you on a regular basis to provide encouragement and practical suggestions as you implement the changes in your church’s ministry.
Where lives are being changed by the gospel, word will spread and The Word will resound locally and beyond.
1 Thessalonians 1:2-102 We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers, 3 remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. 4 For we know, brothers loved by God, that he has chosen you, 5 because our gospel came to you not only in word, but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and with full conviction. You know what kind of men we proved to be among you for your sake. 6 And you became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you received the word in much affliction, with the joy of the Holy Spirit, 7 so that you became an example to all the believers in Macedonia and in Achaia. 8 For not only has the word of the Lord sounded forth [literally, “echoed”] from you in Macedonia and Achaia, but your faith in God has gone forth everywhere, so that we need not say anything. 9 For they themselves report concerning us the kind of reception we had among you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, 10 and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.
The Echo Network is an informal point of interaction between pastors and other church leaders who are on a journey to lead their congregations to become TRULY evangelistic churches. Occasional (approximately once per month) online sessions will be held, as well as opportunities for pastor-to-pastor networking to work through challenges in implementing the evangelism essentials and share joys along the journey.

The TRUE heart and soul of an evangelistic church is a congregation that is regularly engaged in developing caring “redemptive relationships” that may lead toward conversion discussions and personal gospel presentations—presentations that help unbelievers clearly understand the gospel and sincerely embrace Jesus as Savior. That may seem impossible to many pastors, but it IS what our Lord desires for local churches. And it is attainable, if the church’s leadership will strive to incorporate the following essentials into the core life of the church.
