“Aha” Good Soil Training Experiences Among Leaders of the Pemon Indian Tribe
VENEZUELA, SOUTH AMERICA—We just finished studying the Good Soil material with 25 Indian pastors and several women from the Pemon Indian Tribe in Venezuela.
I wanted to offer a few words to all of the people at the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism who worked on this project:
I cannot tell you just yet if our people will use the material and narrative presentation of the Gospel in all of the ways it can be used. I can tell you, however, that our people will never be the same. They have learned so much about themselves, mankind, and how to help people understand and embrace the Gospel. We had such a positive response and so many “ahaa!” moments, it was incredible. These participants’ personal lives, the gospel ministry as a whole amongst the Pemon Indian Tribe, and individual churches will be strengthened because of this course.
All of us here wanted to thank you and express our great appreciation for all of the hard work that you have done and continue to do to make the gospel more understandable and embraceable by the people of the world. May God bless you all.
